Ordering Information

Condition of Sale:   All sales are made in accordance with our standard conditions of sale which is current at the time accepted.  All of the specifications and prices are subject to change without notice.

Pricing:   All prices are Net to Distributors Only

Quotations:   All quotations will be subject to acceptance within thirty(30) days from the date of the quotation, unless otherwise specified.

Terms of Payment:  All open invoices are due NET 30 Days from date on invoice. A 2% discount (excluding freight charges) may be taken if payment is made or postmarked on or before the 10th day from the invoice date. Early payment discount does not apply to C.O.D. payments. All accounts with invoices past 60 days will be shipped C.O.D. without notice.

Returns:   All returns must have prior approval, authorization number, and may be subject to a restocking charge. A copy of the Return Policy is available upon request.

Delivery:   F.O.B. Shipping Point.

Minimum Order:   Standard Stocked items...No Minimum Order Required.

Blanket Policy

1.  Products eligible for blanket order consideration are Stocked Standards, and Specials.

2. Blanket orders must have specific release dates and quantities.

3. All items must be shipped within twelve(12) months from date of initial shipment and each release must total $100.00 or more per item. Pricing will be based upon the total quantity scheduled for release within a twelve(12) month period.

4. The first scheduled release of any Special product must be within thirty(30) days of the original quoted delivery date.

5. NO BLANKET ORDER WILL BE HELD for more than twelve(12) months from the order entry date. The balance of materials that are not released at the end of one (1) year will be shipped and billed complete.

6.  Blanket orders for Specials and Made to Order items Cannot be Canceled. Cancellation of Stocked Standard items will be rebilled at the price based on the quantity actually shipped.

7.  Blanket orders may include a number of items, but all items must be for release to one destination.
